Thank you for choosing our custom 3D printing services. Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind. Please review our specific criteria for quality-related concerns below.


1. Defective Items & Quality Standards

Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to manufacturing defects that impact the structural integrity or specified appearance of the print. These include:

  • Layer Separation: Visible splitting between the printed layers.

  • Structural Defects: Significant warping or failure that renders the part unusable for its intended purpose.

  • Incorrect Material/Color: Receiving a material or color different from what was confirmed in your order.

2. The Claim Process

To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our contact portal.

  2. Verification: Provide the email address associated with the order.

  3. Photo Evidence: You will be required to submit clear, high-resolution photos of the defect. We cannot process claims without visual verification of the print quality issues.

3. Shipping & Returns

  • Defective Items: If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is deemed defective by our team, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for minor aesthetic artifacts inherent to the 3D printing process (such as slight visible layer lines or "Z-seams") that do not affect the part's function.
